What will you do to make my property sell fast?
Depending on your property I may find it useful to provide…Broker’s Open House, yard signs, print advertising, internet marketing, social media marketing, email blasts, Open house lunch, a specialized social media page, and possibly more. I work with you to make sure that we are working together to do the most possible to move your home as quickly as possible.
What are the risks if I overprice my property?
If you overprice the value of your home, you waste valuable time waiting and wondering why your home is not selling. No buyer with an experienced agent at their side is interested in overpriced property. I bring a seller’s report with me to our initial listing meeting in order to give you an active market analysis to compare your home to other similar homes nearby. That is the best way to price your home to sell fast.
Who pays the commission to the agent?
With the exception of a few situations, the seller pays the commission to the agent or agents involved in a sale.
Do I need a home inspection?
Choosing not to do a home inspection can take you down a path to many hundreds or thousands of dollars in unforeseen repairs down the road. Therefore I always recommend a home inspection.
